🛍️ ORDERING
1. How does OneWearStore.com work?
Every item is made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printful.
When you place an order:
- We instantly send it to Printful
- Your product is printed, embroidered, or sewn
- It ships directly to your address
This ensures fresh production and sustainable fashion — never mass-produced.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes within the first few hours after purchase.
After production begins, changes may not be possible.

3. Do you offer gift orders?
Yes!
Simply enter the recipient’s information at checkout.
Receipts and pricing info are not included in gift shipments.

4. How long does shipping take?
Typical Printful-based shipping times:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Production time: 2–5 business days

5. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
If you don’t see it, check spam or contact us.
6. My package says delivered, but I didn’t get it.
Sometimes carriers mark packages early.
Check:
- Neighbors
- Front desk
- Mailroom
- Another household member
If it’s still missing after 48 hours, email us and we’ll help.
📐 SIZING
7. How do I know which size to order?
Every product page includes a detailed sizing chart.
We recommend:
- Comparing chart measurements to a shirt you already own
- Reading the fit notes (slim, regular, relaxed)
If you need help, email us and we’ll guide you.
8. What if the item doesn’t fit?
Because items are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee size-based returns.
However:
- If we made an error
- If sizing info was printed incorrectly
- If the garment was mislabeled
We will replace it at no cost.

9. What is your returns policy?
We accept returns or replacements only for:
- Wrong item sent
- Misprint
- Damage in transit
- Manufacturing defect
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
This is because each product is made specifically for your order.
10. My product arrived damaged or misprinted. What do I do?
