🛍️ ORDERING

1. How does OneWearStore.com work?

Every item is made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printful.
When you place an order:

  1. We instantly send it to Printful
  2. Your product is printed, embroidered, or sewn
  3. It ships directly to your address

This ensures fresh production and sustainable fashion — never mass-produced.


2. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request changes within the first few hours after purchase.
After production begins, changes may not be possible.

3. Do you offer gift orders?

Yes!
Simply enter the recipient’s information at checkout.
Receipts and pricing info are not included in gift shipments.

4. How long does shipping take?

Typical Printful-based shipping times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Production time: 2–5 business days
(Every item is made-to-order.)


5. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

If you don’t see it, check spam or contact us.


6. My package says delivered, but I didn’t get it.

Sometimes carriers mark packages early.

Because items are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee size-based returns.

  • If the garment was mislabeled

We will replace it at no cost.

We do not accept returns for:

10. My product arrived damaged or misprinted. What do I do?
